The Dream Begins

Sherry had always dreamed of owning and hosting an Airbnb. The vision of creating memorable experiences for travelers was something that had lived in her heart for years, waiting for the perfect moment and place to come to life.

Finding Home in Jamaica

It wasn't until Sherry and Emanuel were living in Jamaica and falling in love with all the beauty the island has to offer that everything clicked. Jamaica became more than a destination—it became home. The beauty, the people, the vibes, the food—it was impossible not to want to share this paradise with others.

Vista Ridge Discovery

Sherry and Emanuel purchased Vista Ridge Villa and instantly fell in love with the Ocho Rios area. Located in Tower Isle, just outside the bustling town of "Ochi" (as locals call it), it offered the perfect balance—peaceful tranquility with easy access to everything happening in the area, and convenient commuting from Kingston.

Our Mission

To create an elevated private luxury resort feeling on each property, complete with luxury service. From the moment you step into a Squire Rose Vacation Property, you know you are in for something special.

The Natural Evolution

What started as one villa became a collection of luxury properties through community and recognition of something truly special.

After multiple guests commented on how different their experience at Vista Ridge was, Sherry realized she was onto something special. The feedback wasn't just positive—it was transformative. Neighbors Join the Vision

Word traveled fast in the close-knit community. Sherry's neighbor, the developer and owner of Vista Sol Mar, asked her to take on his villa. Then another neighbor, the owner of Vista Royale, made the same request. The vision was spreading naturally through the community.

Perfect Location Synergy

All of the Vista properties are located on the same road, all facing out to the same breathtaking view. This perfect alignment made pairing them together under the Squire Rose brand not just logical, but inevitable. Each villa offers the same stunning vistas while maintaining its unique character.

The Royal Heritage Behind "Squire Rose"

The name Squire Rose carries a profound meaning rooted in both heritage and purpose. In the days of kings, queens, and knights, a Squire was one who served the knights with honor and dedication. The essence of being a Squire—to serve—flows through every aspect of our hospitality.

Squire, my maiden name, represents this timeless commitment to service. Rose, my married name, symbolizes delicacy and elegance—the hallmarks of refined luxury.
